Today we introduce our fluted plastic pallet:
The pallet consists of a panel, bottom plate and steel pipe (as required).
The pallet panel is assembled with the flat pallet of various specifications and sizes to form a groove pallet of different specifications and sizes. The shaped groove pallet is mainly used in printing equipment for non-stop paper supply.
The pallet panel structure adopts four-way multi-slot design to meet the needs of multi-brand and multi-model printing equipment. The grooves have the same size (which can be used to match the paper carrier rod of the printing equipment),
and are arranged in four-way parallel arrangement. The convex strips are connected between the grooves, and the convex strips form the main plane of the pallet. The four-way slot design can meet the needs of different printing equipment.
The pallet panel can be cut and assembled with the flat pallet of the same size after cutting according to the relevant requirements of the equipment
(the panel is provided with multiple screw holes for easy assembly and combination), and can be made into a fluted pallet of the corresponding size.
The bottom of the pallet is provided with nine support feet, the center foot of the integrated form is provided with RFID chip card slot, the bottom of each foot pier is designed for the plane to meet the application of automatic logistics line, the side of the foot pier is provided with a number of cards to meet the application needs of automation equipment to grab the pallet, and the foot pier between the four directions of the pallet can meet the fork use of forklift
The grooved plastic pallet made by the panel combination base plate can realize non-stop paper change, adapt to various types of printing machines, and can cut the panel assembly, adapt to the needs of different directions of paper feed, whether it is in the transport of paper, paper, storage of paper automatic plastic pallet has more advantages.
